Lee Thomas Alsbury's Obituary
Born January 20, 1939, passed away June 3, 2006 in Lakewood, WA after a courageous battle with small cell lung cancer. Tom cherished his family and friends and was a friend to all and a mentor to many.Tom is survived by his beloved wife Charlene, parents Leroy and Margaret Alsbury, brother Don (Eileen) Alsbury and their family, Kay Alsbury the mother of his three children Jeff, John and Lisa Jane Bakewell (Nigel), grandchildren Aaron and Kolbe Bakewell.Funeral services will be 1:00pm on Thursday, June 8, 2006 in the Mountain View Valley Chapel. After services friends are invited to join the family at the Lakewood Elks Lodge #2388, 6313 75th St. W in Lakewood, WA, to reminisce, laugh, and share their memories of a wonderful and generous man.In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in TommyÂ's name to Animal Rescue and Adoption, P.O. Box1184, Yelm, WA 98597, in remembrance of his devoted dog Amber.
