I’m so grateful to have met Momma Thomas!!! She welcomed us (MMC) into her home and prepared a meal fit for Kings and Queens!!! She made some potato salad that reminded me so much of my moms!!!! My sincere condolences to her family!!!! Earth has no sorrow heaven can not heal!!!
Mrs. Thomas was a devout Christian that truly loved the Lord. It was reflective in everything she did. It was a joy to be in her presence. I attended the legendary Christianaires gospel music show at Goodwill Baptist Church (Seattle) approximately 20 years ago. The group notice a well dressed woman
wearing a beautiful hat and high heel shoes dancing
In the aisle -as we say - “with the Holy Ghost”. The lead singer lowered the music, acknowledge her, and ushered her closer to the stage where she continued to dance.. It was just wonderful to watch her unashamedly praising GOD with outstretched hands and dancing feet. I will never forget that night when I saw Adonte’s (my grandson) grandmother openly communicating and expressing her love to the Lord through dancing. Everyone in attendance was blessed. I pray all of the family members rejoice knowing sister Thomas May she Rest In Peace
