This is really awkward, but, my name is Tyrone Jones and I am retired military. I was searching through my pictures last week and had a friend that I was stationed with in Castle AFB, CA named Lea R. Walker who worked in the hospital. I don't know if this is the same Lea that I knew from Castle. The picture I cannot tell from because people change with age. I know she was from Tacoma WA and when I left Castle in 1984, she was still stationed there. If so, I am so saddened by this. I don't know if you can contact me or not if this is the Lea Walker that I know.

I have many lovely memories of Lea, how warm and welcoming she always was, her delightfully wry sense of humor. And I remember one evening in particular sitting on either end of the couch with our feet up, just sharing bits and pieces of our lives, our hopes and dreams. I have a special card from her which I found again the other day - a tender memory of a beautiful and warm woman. I'm sad not to say goodbye in person. You'll always have a place in my heart, Lea.
