Lawrence Losch's Obituary
Larry Losch died peacefully in his sleep just days before his 91st birthday. Born June 24, 1919 in Lamars, Iowa; the eldest son in a family of 3 boys (Larry, Lenard and Albert) and 2 girls (Helen and Lucille). It is certain Helen and Al were waiting to welcome Dad to Heaven along with his parents. Larry was married to Wilma (Jeanne) Losch (Zimmer) for over 50 years, and raised 6 wonderful children, Donna (Ray) Paris, Patty (Larry) Spohn, Mike (Karen) Reed, Steve (Karen) Reed, Matt (Donna) Losch and Mickey (Delene) Losch. He was the grandfather of 14, great-grandfather of 20, and great-great-grandfather of 1, with too many "Uncle Larry's" to count. His was an avid outdoorsman, sports enthusiast, and built a legacy of love and kindness that stretched many generations.
Services to celebrate his life will be held Tuesday, June 8, 2010 at Noon in the Mountain View Aspen Chapel, with a reception to follow. 4100 Steilacoom Blvd SW, Lakewood, WA. Donations in Larry's honor can be made to the Tenino VFW, PO Box 386, Tenino, WA 98589.
