Lawrence (Larry) Wilson
Larry was born on 10/3/24 in Tacoma, WA and passed away peacefully on 5/27/14.
Larry grew up in Fern Hill and graduated from Lincoln High School in 1942. He served in the Army during WWII as a medic in the South Pacific. He retired from Associated Grocers in 1986 after 31 years. His 89 years of life were filled with faith and love of family, fishing and friends.
Larry is pre-deceased by 3 brothers, 2 sisters and a great grandson. He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Barbara, two children – Jim Wilson(Cindy) and Diane Ellsworth(Frank), 5 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
A celebration of Larry’s life will be held at 3:00 pm Sunday, June 1, 2014 in the Aspen Chapel at the Mountain View Celebration of Life Center, followed by a reception in the Willow Room next door.
