Lawrence "Dutch" Jezek's Obituary
His entire life, of 90 years, was lived as a resident of Tacoma, WA. He was a member of the Teamsters since 1944, driving delivery truck for Sears and Rhodes. Lawrence always had a passion for the outdoors, especially fishing. In his later years his pride was growing vegetables and cooking ... his specialty ... spaghetti sauce! He loved "Wheel of Fortune" and recently TV's new hit "The Bachelor". Never complaining, living in moderation, content with the small things in life, particularly the years spent with his grandson Jacob ... all added up to a long full life. He is survived by his son Donald, wife Linda and grandson Jacob Jezek of Gig Harbor, daughter Jeanne Jezek, granddaughters Sheila and Sara Hanford of Tacoma, and granddaughter Lori Hanford of Federal Way.A private family memorial has been held.
