LaWanda Clark's Obituary
LaWanda Nickelberry gained her wings on November 23, 2017. LaWanda was born on March 16, 1965 to Yvonne and Chillies Nickelberry in Fairfield, CA.
LaWanda was the oldest child out of all her siblings. She was raised in Vallejo, CA with all of her brothers and sisters. She then married Herbert Strider and had two beautiful kids, Makeya, and Marcus Strider.
Later on, down the line she attended cosmetology school, which she graduated with her cosmetology license. She then remarried to Roger Clark which he had two children Tawana, and Roger Clark Jr.
She was a loving mother to Makeya, Marcus (Laura Matthews) Strider both of Phoenix, AZ. Tawana Clark of Sacramento, CA and Roger Clark Jr. of Vallejo, CA. Also a loving grandmother to 10 grandchildren Makeya’s children: Devonte (Jazlynn Castro) Strider Sr., Ezekiel, Arbianna, and Unique Strider all of El Mirage, AZ. Marcus’s children: Savannah, and Oriana Strider both of Phoenix, AZ. Tawana’s children: Vanessa, LaShay, Janila, and Rhonna’e Clark all of Sacramento, CA. Last but not least a Loving great grandmother to her one and only great-grandson Devonte Strider Jr.
