Laverna A. Mustain's Obituary
Laverna "Verna" A. MustainLaverna A. Mustain was born February 24, 1924 in Mound City, South Dakota. She passed away peacefully Tuesday morning, July 8, 2003. Sudden cancer was the cause of her death. She was a resident of the Tacoma/Lakewood area for over 55 years. During the war effort of WWII she worked in the manufacturing of military aircraft in Racine, Wisconsin. She was later employed as a telephone operator in Tacoma in the late 1940's. She is survived by her children, numerous relatives and many dear friends. Verna always had a helping hand for everyone around her. Those that knew herconsidered her to be their "best friend." She loved her El Camino, flower garden and being with her large circle of friends. Mom will be missed by everyone more than any words can express. In keeping with her wishes, no services will be held. The family suggests making a toast to Verna with a Marguerita. Thank you, Mom, for everything.
