Dear Beth and all of the Ristines:
I left a message with the Funeral Home in Port Angeles but will send another message here in case you don't receive it. I heard about Laurie's departing us from an office mate of mine here in West Linn, OR, and a sorority sister of Beth's: Phyllis Carlton. I was deeply saddened to hear the news. I thought about Laurie a good deal over the years since our days at UW. She had an infectious personality that I loved. We had some good times (all too few) in the mid 70's when I was in law school where we both lived in the apartments off of the 45th St. ramp. We had a great time over Christmas at my cabin in Welches, Oregon. I know she had her demons and I would have helped in any way possible to bring her peace. I'm sorry I never saw her again but she will always be in my prayers. God bless you Laurie. You'll always be part of my memory from the UW era. Our experiences together made life that much more precious. I'll cherish them forever. With love, Bob Repp##imported-begin##Bob Repp##imported-end##
