Kyoko Fujimoto Daitoku's Obituary
Kyoko Fujimoto Daitoku, aged 72, passed away on June 19, 2024, in Univeristy Place, WA. Born on December 20, 1951, in Hiroshima, Japan. She moved to the United States where she later attended Portland Bible College.
Kyoko was a devout member of the First Baptist Church of Lakewood, where she found a strong community and spiritual solace. She had a passion for gardening and crafting, hobbies that brought great joy and beauty to her life and those around her.
She was preceded in death by her husband; Ronald Daitoku, her parents; Misayo and Benzaeman Fujimoto. Kyoko is survived by a loving family; her stepdaughter, Andrea Daitoku-Smith (Terry); stepson, Christopher Daitoku (Doreen); grandson, Koa Daitoku; sister, Teruko Fujimoto; and nephews, Takayuki and Hideaki Fujimoto.
Kyoko's gentle spirit and creative touch will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all whi knew her.
