Kwang Northcutt's Obituary
Kwang Northcutt, passed away peacefully on June 18, 2015 after a short battle with cancer.
Kwang was a longtime devoted parish member of Federal Way Central Presbyterian Church. She served as an elder, volunteered with after-service lunches, and spent many weekends with the outreach committee spreading the gospel in the community.
Kwang was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She immigrated to the United States in 1970 and worked hard to build a good life for her family. She worked endless hours in the hospitality business. Kwang took the responsibilities of life and faith seriously, but she also had a great sense of humor. She was able to laugh at herself and find the humor in daily life.
Kwang was predeceased by her husband Morris Northcutt Sr. in 2013. She is survived by her two sons Lee Northcutt (Kali), Morris Northcutt (Lavonne), five grandchildren (Tanner, Spencer, Nina, Vivienne and Warren), along with her three brothers, two sisters, many of whom reside in Korea.
A memorial service will be held at Federal Way Central Korean Presbyterian Church - 37505 28th Ave S. Federal Way, WA 98003. on Thursday, June 25th at 8pm.
In lieu of flowers the family ask that you consider donating to the Lymphoma Research Foundation (www.lymphoma.org) or to the Federal Way Central Presbyterian Church.
