I only got to meet Kurt a couple of times, but he was a very nice guy. Very friendly and full of life. My deepest sympathies to Deborah and Kurt's family.

My deepest condolences for the family and friends of Kurt. He delivered to our store here in Kitsap County every Saturday where I've been employed for over 9 years. He always was smiling, had a positive personality and just genuinely a great guy. What a sad and senseless loss of life. He will be missed and always remembered.##imported-begin##Michelle##imported-end##
Words cant describe how you must feel but I must tell you that Kurt is still very missed. I was a friend of Kurt's and was joining Loomis at the time which he had me doing, he really loved what he was doing. Kurt also had me starting motorcycle racing and just having a fun time. I am making patches for our riding group in rememberance of Kurt so he may always be remembered by all who see us and also for myself. I really miss him and will always keep Kurt in my heart, and will always have a prayer with you in mind. Live life to the fullest like he would want us to and thank you. I wanted to share this with all of Loomis - and thanks to Anna Maria Cecere, I am able to share it through this submittal.

This is a sad time, especially for those who had the honor of knowing
Kurt Husted on a more personal level. Although Kurt is a name, and a picture to me, I am deeply affected. Kurt's life ended at 39 years of age. My age. I could not imagine my life being over this soon.
Words and emotions flooded my head, which I wrote down, and would
like to share with you all.
"And so we look to comfort and hope from the pain -
The brilliance of the setting sun,
The brightest star in the sky,
The gentle breeze on a hot summer day,
The laughter from a well shared joke,
The sounds of children playing,
Boat sails contrasting the deep blue of the water -
And we will find you in these moments, to realize that
although we no longer can see you, that you will never
be truly far away from us."

I worked for one of the banks Kurt delivered to regularly in Olympia. In the last year I switch employers and ended up in Tacoma. I was surprised when I saw Kurt walk through the door of my Tacoma Bank. I was excited to see him again. Sometimes the people you work with on a regular basis seem like family after so long. He had delivered to the banks I worked for, for more than 4 years. Kurt was a very kind man and very nice as well. He will be deeply missed. I never understand why tragic things happen to such wonderful people....all I know is God has a plan for each of us and it was Kurt's time to see Jesus. I was blessed to know him. My condolences to the family.

It was a great pleasure to have known Kurt. With his father at his side at all the race events, there was always a warm smile, this had a calming effect to a otherwise hectic event.##imported-begin##The Ricci Family of Woodinville, WA##imported-end##
