Kristine Marie (McFadden) Thompson
March 27, 1951 - March 3, 2017
Kris was born on March 27, 1951 in Tacoma, WA. After a courageous battle with cancer. She passed away on March 3 peacefully at home with her loving husband by her side. She was the oldest sister to 3 brothers and 3 sisters. She is survived in death by her husband of 49 years, Craig Thompson, son Virgil, daughter-in-law D'Anna, Grandsons Skylar, Jared, Conner, daughter Teresa, and son-in-law Mark. Kris was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother who always put her family first and loved unconditionally.
She was a corrections officer for the Pierce County Sheriff's department. After retiring from corrections, she spent the last few years as an Office Assistant for the sheriff's department.
We will be celebrating her life on her birthday, March 27 at 12:00 pm, at Mountain View Funeral Home in the Celebration of Life Center, 4100 Steilacoom Blvd. SW PO Box 99947 Lakewood, WA 98499. All are welcome to celebrate her life.
