Hi, my name is Rebecca, you don't know me but I saw that recently you have lost a loved one. I'm so sorry and wanted to offer my sincere condolences. I too know what is is like to lose those we love and it's so hard. What has helped me to get through hard times like this is the comfort I have found in the scriptures. I would like to share them with you. The first one is found at John 5:28,29. It says, "Do not marvel at this, the hour is coming when all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come on out." Wont that be wonderful when we can be reunited with our loved ones. The next scriptures is Revelation 21:4 this one reads, "and God will wipe out every tear from their eyes and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain anymore, the former things have passed away." I love this scripture and have read it more times than I can count. Can you imagine a time with you death? Not having to worry about losing our loves ones or even dying ourselves. Not only that but it speaks of tears and pain, be that emotional or physical pain. This is a promise from our creator and this is something that will happen in the near future.
I hope at this difficult time you are surrounded by friends and family.
Again I'm so sorry for you loss.
With much sympathy
