Whyte, Kerona Tanisha's Obituary
May 21th, 1980 - April 8th, 2026
Friends and family gather to celebrate the beautiful life of Kerona Whyte (Roxanne), a woman who “lived life unapologetically on her own terms.” Energetic days in the gym and lively nights on the dance floor shaped her spirited life.
Born on May 21st, 1980 in Jamaica, Roxanne carried the island’s warmth wherever she went. Her kind and empathetic nature welcomed everyone into her circle.
Whether she was pushing through a workout or lighting up a gathering, she was always the life of the party. People felt seen and uplifted by her simple acts of care.
Roxanne's spirit lives on in her siblings Sophia, Trecia, Janice, and Oraine, in her mother Linda Wizzard, among her many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins, and in the friends and countless children whose lives she touched. Their stories of shared laughter and steady support keep her close.
She passed away on April 8th, 2026 in Tacoma, WA, leaving bright memories that continue to inspire. Today we trade tears for smiles as we honor a life well-lived and carry forward her fearless joy.
