Kenneth Seward Perry
Kenneth was born on March 12, 1919 and left this life peacefully on March 11, 2010, at home surrounded by his loved ones in Tacoma, Washington. Ken grew up on a farm in Northfield, Ohio with 3 brothers and a sister. He didn't like mending fences much so he enlisted in the Army at a young age. He had a career that spanned 32 years and attained the rank of Sergeant. While he was stationed in Germany he met his wife of 49 years, Ruth. They lived in Tacoma for 44 years and raised six children. He is survived by his children, Bernie, Mike, Pat, Gary and James, 12 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ruth, and daughter, Gail. Viewing will be held March 18th & 19th from 11am to 9pm at Mountain View Funeral Home. Service will be held in the Valley Chapel at Mountain View Saturday, March 20th at 2pm.
