Kenneth K. Stewart's Obituary
Ken, our beloved father, grandfather and friend, went home to be with his wife Ida and his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on August 3rd, 2005 at the age of 89. Dad, with his love for all people and his generous heart will be missed by multitudes. He is the last survivor of 4 brothers, and 2 sisters. He was not only a Father and Grandfather to his immediate family, but was also a Father figure to many nephews and nieces, whose fathers had gone before him. Kenneth was steadfast in his faith with God. He touched and changed many lives as a living example of that faith. In our sadness we miss him, but we rejoice that he is with his Â"Ida BelleÂ", and his Lord and Savior. In our hearts he will live forever, and because of his faithful influence we can choose a better direction in our own lives.Ken is survived by his son Keith Stewart (Dianne), daughters, Dixie Brewster (LJ), Sharon Jones (Cliff) and Sandra Huntley, 10 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, one great-great granddaughter and many wonderful friends. A special thanks to the wonderful staff at the Tacoma Lutheran Home for the gentle and loving care they provided. Viewing will be held from 2:00 - 9:00 PM Tuesday Aug 9th at Mountain View Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Wednesday, August 10, 2005 at Mountain View Memorial Park, in the Valley Chapel.
