KELLY LAWERENCE WORTMAN
CSM Kelly L. Wortman, 45, of Puyallup, WA tragically passed away the morning of August 29, 2016. Kelly was born on March 18, 1971 on Ft Riley, KS. He joined the US Army in August 1990 and served 6 years on Active Duty. He continued serving his State and Nation until his death. His career culminated as the CSM for the 81st SBCT of the Washington Army National Guard.
Kelly was an amazing husband an even better daddy, and had more friends than we even knew. He loved the Seahawks and attended every game. He also loved golf, fishing and just relaxing. Kelly is survived by his wife Jennifer, daughter Maya, mother Jackie, father Michael, 4 siblings; Shawn, Brian, Lee and Laura, and step-father Don. He is preceded in death by his step-mother Carla.
Kelly’s Celebration of Life will be Friday, September 9, 2016 on JBLM.
