Katherine D. Prevatt's Obituary
Katherine Dawn Prevatt, age 52 passed away Saturday March 11, 2017 at St. Clare Hospital in Lakewood. She was born February 5, 1965 in Iowa City, Iowa to Robert and Mary Johnson (Notch). Katherine was a waitress working in various restaurants and loved everything about Elvis Presley. She also loved to read and her favorite book was "Ride The Wind". Surviving family members include her three children; Tatyana Jones and Jacalyn Slager of Tacoma and a son Robert Prevatt of North Carolina. Her Mother Mary Johnson (Notch) and other relatives and close friends.
Loved ones are currently putting together details to celebrate her life and a more complete biography will be coming. A memorial service will be announced soon that will be held at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Lakewood on Farwest Drive.
