Katherine L. Ward, 81, born on April 22, 1925 in Mayfield, Kentucky, died on May 14, 2006. She was a longtime Tacoma resident and enjoyed her family, independence and pet cats. SheÂ's survived by her son, Clarence Ward Jr. Her smile, loving nature and quick wit will be missed by all who knew her.Services will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, May 24, 2006 at the Mountain View Garden Chapel.
