June Elizabeth Suzanne Allen's Obituary
Born June 15, 1960 left this earth peacefully on June 3, 2017 at the age of 56.
June was born June 15th, 1960 in Tacoma, Washington. Prior to her departure she took flight in her marriage with her best friend, fishing buddy and spiritual partner, Bill Allen in 1993. June is known for her ease in frequent conversation with total strangers, some may be surprised to learn about the extreme shyness of her youth. Yet as a child, she possessed a contagious smile and an entertaining sense of humor. Outside of her love to shop and cook, she maintained a sweet and simple demeanor that won the trust and hearts of many, who have been changed by her nurturing love and faith. Her signature gift of joy, shown through her extremely talented cooking skills, smile and laughter, will never be forgotten.
For many years June served on the Pilgrim Rest Praise and Worship team, and as a faith-centered woman, she has made it a point to share her testimony with all of those that she spoke with. As a graduate from Bellarmine Preparatory 78' there is no doubt that June has been preparing to receive Gods' blessings. Her favorite Bible verse, Ephesians 4:32 - "And be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving one another, just as God also forgave you in Christ." this is a true definition of how she has kept steady in leading a beautiful life.
June is survived by her husband Bill Allen; Father and Mother Fred & Martha Ervin; Mother in-law Ms. Nettie Allen; Sisters Lynda Thomas & Carrol Wright, proceeded in death by her Sister Sharon Ervin; brothers Charles and Kenneth Ervin; sons Robert Boddie, Brian Ervin & Dennis Meyer; daughters Stacey Allen, Candice Ervin & Tahira Allen; grandchildren Tamia Williams, Aidan Ervin, Yasmeen Allen, Londyn Allen, KayLanna, Kamani & Zayaire Boddie; Spiritual Sisters Rebecca Frazier, Melayne Jones & Delessa Williams; June has many nephews and nieces, and a large faith community to keep her spirit afloat on earth. All of these she loved and touched deeply.
