Julio was born on April 12, 1961, in Estado de México, to Fidel Olivera and Guadalupe Cruz. He graduated from the University of UNAM, and he dedicated his life to his work as an accountant and was a proud business owner. Julio was a devout member of Centro de Vida Familiar in Tacoma, Washington, where he served his community and practiced his faith.
A visionary and a fisher of men, Julio's life was a testament to his strong leadership and entrepreneurial spirit. He was a servant of God, constantly engaging in new and innovative projects, and he left a profound impact on everyone he met.
Julio is survived by his children: Julio, Ramon, Arturo, and Rosely Olivera; his siblings, Patricia, Marcos, Otilia and Delia; his grandchildren: Genesis, Tyler, Aiden, Ignacio, Andrew, Santiago, Leonardo, Alyssa, Dario, and Emma; and a vast circle of friends and family members. He joins in peace his brother, who predeceased him in 2016.
A private Final Goodbye ceremony will be held for Julio with his closest family and friends. Additionally, a public service to honor his life will take place at “Centro de Vida Familiar” on Saturday, February 10, 2024, where we will celebrate his legacy and cherish our memories of him.
As we bid farewell to Julio, we find solace on 2 Timothy 4:7-8, which encapsulates his life’s journey: "I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Now there is in store for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will award to me on that day—and not only to me, but also to all who have longed for his appearing."
Julio's indelible spirit of love, faith, and determination will be forever imprinted in our hearts. We invite all who knew him to come together in remembrance of a life lived to the fullest.
