My prayers and love go out to all who are mourning the loss of sweet little Julio. Julio was a bright eyed, kind and loving little boy who loved to come to school and play with his friends and see his teachers. Everyone at Bates Early Childhood Learning Center loved Julio a great deal and will forever miss his sweet laugh and sparkling smile. Julio's friends loved him and were always eager to learn and play with him. Prayers and thoughts to Julio's mother Janisha and all her friends and family as well.
