Judy Karen Gambrell's Obituary
Judy Karen Gambrell, 61, passed away peacefully Tuesday, July 22nd at Saint Peter's Hospital in Olympia, Washington with her family by her side.
Judy was born January 27, 1953 in Burns, Oregon to Wensel and Lavella Mendenhall. Judy graduated in 1971 from Stadium High School in Tacoma, Washington. After high school, she held several jobs which included working at the Java Jive and apple orchards.
Judy married the love of her life, Billy Gambrell, on July 30, 1980 in Boise, Idaho. They moved and settled down in Okanogan, Washington. Judy enjoyed camping, fishing, and going to garage sales.
Judy is survived by her children, Tina Moore (Gambrell) and Maxwell Hodge III, sister Wendy Oxier (Mendenhall), brothers Lee Lininger and Gene Lininger, many nieces and nephews and many cousins. Judy is preceded in death by her husband Billy (Bill) Dean Gambrell.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date to be announced.
