Juanita Lopez
Born May 6, 1934 in Manila; peacefully passed away on March 9, 2010. Preceding her in death were her parents, brother, husband, and daughter. Nita is survived by her two granddaughters, Krysten and Desi Turnipseed, beloved friends and co-workers. As a life-long caregiver, she always had a love and passion for the care of the elderly. She was a member of the Catholic Church since her youth. She loved traveling, dinner out with friends, and the many activities provided by the staff of Life Manor. A "Celebration of Life" will be held on Saturday, March 27, 2010 in the Activity Center of Life Manor, 1609 South Union Ave., 2-4pm.
