Joyce was born Dec 8, 1957 at Ft Lewis, WA to Msgt. Earl N. and Joan Waller, who both preceded her in death. She left on her journey to Heaven on Oct 7, 2010. She had 3 sisters, Earlene, Darlene, Patricia, 2 brothers, Dale and Richard, who also preceded her in death. A viewing will be held Fri, Oct 15, 1-9pm, Mt. View Funeral Home. The service is on Sat, Oct 16, 1pm, Sheridan St Community Church of God, 2303 S. Sheridan St.
