Jose Alacar's Obituary
Born in St. Barbara, Pangasinan, Philippines in 1953. Jose graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce major in Accounting at the University of Pangasinan.
He joined the United States Army in 1979. He served for 13 years.
He is a loving father of 5 children: Aubrey, Jennifer, Giovanni, Marklouie and Joseph. He was blessed with four grandchildren: Lance Audric, Lawrence, Zedrick and Jasmine Marie.
He loved fishing, cooking, gardening and playing basketball.
