It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Josai M. Reyes, age 21, who left us far too soon. Josai was a beloved son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin, and friend whose presence brought immense light, warmth, and happiness to everyone fortunate enough to know him.
Celebration of Life for Josai
Josai M. Reyes, age 21, of Spanaway, WA tragically passed away on May 15, 2026. He was born on January 5, 2005, the beloved son of Clemente’ Reyes and Dominelle Emmanuel and the loving brother of JuRia, Joni, Jade and Jaden Martinez.
Josai lived his life with a kind and generous heart and had a deep passion for linguistics, writing, music, gaming, and the outdoors. He approached everything he did with creativity, loyalty, and determination. His friends knew him as someone who offered deep perception, a listening ear, or a good laugh. Though his time with us was far too short, the beautiful memories he created will remain forever etched in our hearts.
He is survived by his loving parents, his siblings, his maternal and paternal grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and a wide community of family and friends who miss him dearly.
Service Details:
A celebration of Josai's life will be held on June 10, 2026 at 2:00 PM at Mountain View Funeral Home & Memorial Park, 4100 Steilacoom Blvd SW, Lakewood, WA 98499. -Aspen Chapel
The family kindly requests that attendees wear hues of blue or white to reflect Josai's favorite color and his calm and balanced personality. Your presence is encouraged as we mourn the loss of our beautiful Josai.
Forever loved. Forever missed. We wish him Nagomi, which represents a state of calm, both mental and emotional well-being where diverse and sometimes opposing elements blend together perfectly.
