Jordan was born July 24, 1993 in Lakewood, WA and passed away October 13, 2017 in Lakewood, WA. A celebration of Life will be held Saturday, October 28 at 11:30 am in the Garden Chapel, followed by a reception in the Willow Room at the Mountain View Celebration of Life Center.
