Jonathan Rodriguez's Obituary
Our beloved Jonathan was born July 18, 2002 in Portsmouth VA. His parents are Wanda Llanos and Retired SFC Julio Rodriguez. He has an older sister Ines Rodriguez and a half older brother Julio Rodriguez IV . His childhood was full of joy, adventure, laughter and happiness; spending loving time with friends and family. Jon enjoyed a lot of time playing games with his online GANG! Ian, Eric, Wesley, Allen, Brock, Joey, and many more friends to count!
Due to the pandemic, he missed out on prom and didn't have a traditional graduation ceremony. However, during those troubled times, Jon got a chance to graduate from Steilacoom High School on June 15, 2020. In his academic journey, he began to explore his college career, dabbling in political science at WSU and UW. During this time, he fell in love with computer science and technology, changing his career path to focus on cyber security, coding, and gaming.
Jon then transferred to The Evergreen State College in Olympia, where he enjoy every minute as well as finally enjoying his carrier path. He connected with so many people at Evergreen and made a lot friends along the way. He deeply loved and cared for so many people, including his partner Abigail. Jon was very excited for his future career plans, goals, and personal life.
He was looking forward to graduate spring 2024.
