Jon was born in Tacoma, WA and died unexpectedly at the age of 50 in San Jose, CA from complications after a short illness. He is survived by his beloved wife of 25 years, Julie Anderson, and their children Sarah and Seth. He will be dearly missed by his mother, Helen Anderson and his brother and best friend, David (Julie) Anderson. Jon was a graduate of Mt. Tahoma High School and the University of Washington where he earned a degree in Accounting. He became a Certified Public Accountant and worked for the accounting firm of Touche Ross, then Fairchild Semiconductor, National Semiconductor and was currently the Chief Financial Officer of Actel Corporation of Mountain View, CA. It is inconceivable that he is gone. His humor, intelligence and strength of character made him a stand-out among men. He will be remembered for his devotion to his family, his love of sports, especially the UW Huskies, his love of muscle cars and his laughter and joy of life. Memorial services will be held on Tuesday, December 30th at 1:00 pm at Mountain View Memorial Park in Lakewood, WA in the Valley Chapel. Reception will follow.
