To Johnny's Family,
I was shocked and saddened to hear about Johnny's passing this past Saturday. I worked many years with Johnny at A.G. and admired his outstanding work ethics, his willingness to help others and his quiet sense of humor. He always seemed to be cheerful, even under some trying circumstances.
I am sorry that Johnny was not able to have more years to enjoy his well earned retirement.

Aunt Ann, Paul, Patrick, Saundra, Avis and Tricia,
We are so saddened by the passing of Uncle Johnny. He was such a wonderful person, and we will miss him very much. I have so many fond memories of him, and I am truly blessed to have had him as my uncle.
I hope you know how much Uncle Johnny loved every single one of you - through good times and in bad.
Even though his physical presence is no longer with us, Uncle Johnny's spirit lives on in each of you. I know, without a shadow of a doubt, that Uncle Johnny is in the Lord's presence, and he has been reunited with all of his loved ones who have gone before him. I know they had a special home-coming celebration for him, complete with Miss Claudia's greens, and my father's gumbo and peach cobbler! (smile)
May God grant each of you peace, strength, and the courage to continue living your lives as Uncle Johnny would want you to do.
God bless you all. We love you.
