John Stockman's Obituary
John passed from this life on November 23,2019 into eternal life with Jesus. John lived at home with his parents, Peggy & Hank, his entire 48 years. He was a loving child with loving parents.
John was the rain man of music. He knew every song, every artist and every lyric. His extensive collection of tapes filled his room. He liked his music loud whether on tape players or the radio.
His favorite store was Goodwill where he spent hours searching for that one special tape not yet in his collection. Goodwill employees knew him and graciously greeted him. He also enjoyed TV shows from the 60’s.
His social activities included regular visits to Multicare Center. The monthly highlight was attending Glad dances to meet the girls. John celebrated each holiday and announced their arrival weeks in advance. One of his favorites was the annual Thanksgiving Day Parade with the floating balloon characters and marching bands.
John is survived by his parents, Peggy & Hank, his sisters Barbara & Debbra and his brothers Scott & Steve. John will be remembered for his unconditional love, sense of humor and his big smile.
