I have just learned of John's passing, and want to send my sympathy to his family and dearest friends at such a tragic time. I too worked with John for many years at Tacoma General. He was such a wonderful mentor to me in so many ways. His kindness, patience and readiness to help were the hallmarks of his professional personality. I worked with John at MultiCare and I will miss hearing his voice calling me on the phone with an order that he needs to place. Even though I couldn't see his face when he called I could hear that smile in his voice. I will miss that caring and kind heart of the man. I don't know how many times just hearing his voice or seeing his face here at work just made the day so much brighter. Thank you John for the confidence you had in me and letting each and everyone that you touched know that they mattered!!
