John Curtis Pike Sr.'s Obituary
We gather to celebrate the life of John, a devoted father, grandfather, husband, and man of faith who lived a remarkable 96 years filled with purpose, love, and service.
John proudly served his country in the United States Air Force, where he demonstrated dedication, discipline, and integrity. His time in the military helped shape the strength of character that guided him throughout the rest of his life. After his military service, John stepped boldly into the world of business. He was never afraid to take chances or pursue opportunities, trusting that God would guide his path. With courage, determination, and faith, he built a life grounded in hard work and belief in something greater than himself.
Above all else, John was a family man. He was the proud father of many children and a loving grandfather to numerous grandchildren who brought him tremendous joy. His wisdom, guidance, and quiet strength helped shape the lives of those who looked up to him. John shared a deep and enduring love with his beloved wife, Amy, with whom he spent 39 wonderful years. Their marriage was built on faith, loyalty, and unwavering devotion. Amy stood faithfully by John’s side through life’s joys and challenges, supporting him with love until the day death parted them.
John lived a spiritual life, guided by faith in God and a belief in doing what was right. Those who knew him remember his strength, kindness, and the steady faith that carried him through life. While we mourn the loss of a beloved father, grandfather, and friend, we also celebrate a life well lived.
John’s legacy will continue through his children, grandchildren, and all those whose lives he touched. His life reminds us that faith, family, courage, and love are the foundations of a life truly well lived.
