John Thorris Oswood
November 1, 1922 - July 25, 2015
John Thorris went to be with Jesus on July 25th, at the age of 92. He was preceeded in death by his loving wife Maxine in 1995. He was born in Langford, So. Dakota and moved with his family to Puyallup, Wa in 1952 where they resided over 60 years until he moved to Wilbur, Wa. where he lived out the final 10 years of his life. He served in the Air Force and retired from McChord Air Force Civil Service. He was a talented small engine repair mechanic. He had a great love for fishing and will be remembered as a hard worker and a good family man. He is survived by Robert Oswood, son (Judi), Judy Christensen, daughter (Barry), Gail Diercks, daughter (Pat, deceased) 5 Grandchild, 11 Great-Grandchildren, 5 Great-Great Grandchildren.
