John Vincent Lee's Obituary
John Vincent Lee was born to Ione Lucille Vincent and John Rolland Lee on July 4th 1935 in Guthrie Center Iowa.
He was the only child born to his parents, but did have plenty of Aunts, Uncles and cousins.
He served a 2 year tour in the US Army Reserves as a, "Honest John Atomic Warhead Assembler". He was discharged with Honors in 1964.
He worked as a foreman at Simpson Paper mill for 40 plus years.
He was preceded in death by both his parents and his life partner Margaret Gallegos. He was cared for and loved by his very dear friend Ann Wharton till loosing his battle to cancer.
He was a much loved Step-father to Gail (Rick)Riemenschneider (AZ), Donald A. McKee, John P. McKee, Paulette A Fuqua (AL), Randolph L. McKee, Nick J. (Carrie) Gallegos, James B. Gallegos. And many grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was loved and will be greatly missed by family and friends.
