John DeSoto's Obituary
John A DeSoto, born 1953, went home to be with the lord on June 1, 2020. For the last four years John battled ferociously to overcome multiple medical issues. He enjoyed fishing, camping and loved spending time in his yard feeding his friends, the crows and jays. John was a member of Puget Sound Foursquare Church in Tacoma, where he was involved in the video department. John was a freelance video employee for TV Tacoma, owned his own business for 37 years and worked in the medical field. John’s passion was in the medical field where he started out as a paramedic and then become chief and EMT at a volunteer fire department. John is survived by his wife, two sons, four grandchildren, mother and sister.
