Johnnie was the only close connection I had to that side of my family. When I moved to DC for a new job he opened his home to me while I found my feet. He was a cousin but to me he was uncle Johnnie. He was someone I could call to discuss almost anything going on in my life and he always had wise words. He caring, interesting and loved. RIP Uncle Johnnie you are missed greatly.
