John Leonard Carlson's Obituary
In Loving memory of John Lawrence Carlson 1938-2017
John was born to Carl and Margaret , 7 minutes prior to his brother Gene, on January 29 1938.
He was a business owner with a love for golf, fishing, and cribbage. He traveled abroad extensively, taking trips for pleasure and also many mission trips with his church. He worked tirelessly for the The United Way, and multiple local food banks. He was a devoted member of Ranier View Christian Church.
He passed away peacefully in the presence of his family on December 18th 2017.
John is preceded in Death by his parents and his Son Kevin Arthur. He is survived by his brother Gene, daughter Vicki, son Scott and wife Kelly, son Paul. Grandson Brian and wife Codi, Great granddaughter Emma. nephew Darren and wife Natalie, niece Kim and many devoted friends.
A celebration of life will be held on January 6th 2017 at 1:00pm. At Ranier View Christian Church 12305 Spanaway Loop Road South, Tacoma WA 98444
