Mary Lou and family I send my condolences to you all. Somehow hearing that a past alumni from St. Frances Cabrini has "passed on" brings back many good memories of our times with the wonderful school and many enjoyable classmates that I had. Mary Lou, you and John and I were actually among the first 5th graders at St. Frances Cabrini and we had such good teachers and friends and activities while we attended elementary school there. John was the tallest boy in class and he was so handsome. I thought to myself, you scored well when you married John! I am sure he felt the same way when he married you. He came from a good family and he was so nice to everyone. Although I did not see John but a couple of times since grade school (a couple of times at the B & I several years back), I called him at the real estate office when I saw his photo. He said "stop by sometime I'd be happy to see you!" Well, I never did as I was not in Shelton much and when I was there teaching at the college, I would drive by and not see a car there on those Saturdays. Time passes by but I remember many good things about John and you and how we grew up in a time that was simple and wonderful. May our Lord bless you always and give you peace knowing that John was a on this earth and made a positive memory for so many.
