John A. Dale's Obituary
John Dale, of Tacoma, went home to be with the Lord on May 12, 2006 surrounded by family. He was born to Frank and Mazie Dale on March 18, 1925 in Noble, Kansas.He was preceded in death by his wife, Ethel, son Robert, and two brothers Calvin and Lester. John is survived by daughter Betty Jermann of Tacoma, two brothers David and Thomas, and two sisters Carrie and Pearl, all of Kansas. He was a great inspiration to his many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. They will miss him dearly.John served in the US Navy during WWII. He loved going to church and worshiping his savior, Jesus Christ. He was a big fan of the Mariners and loved to watch the games. John retired from the Spring Air Mattress Company.Visitation will be from 5:00-9:00pm, Tuesday, May 16, 2006 at Mountain View Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at 1:00pm, Wednesday, May 17, 2006 in the Mountain View Garden Chapel. Reception to follow at Calvary Baptist Church, 6511 S. C St., Tacoma.Go Mariners!
