Our Beloved Bill
Born September 9, 1930; taken home to be with the Lord on September 18, 2012.
John -Å"Bill- A.W. Brenner was born to Eulah Dove and Oswold Brenner. He moved from his rural birthplace of Sherwood Junction, Kansas when he was a young boy. Bill spent his childhood years in Tacoma, Washington where he attended Lincoln High School. Bill met his lifetime love, Joan, and settled down in Puyallup, WA.
Bill was an avid outdoorsman who hunted and fished with his son and grandsons, raised beagles for hunting, was an active treasure hunter. He was a member of Puget Sound Treasure Hunters Club and a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Union 76 in Tacoma. He was an active member of Bethesda Baptist Church for many years where he served as a deacon and prayed and supported his fellow parishioners.
Bill personified the qualities of Christian character that included generosity, joy, and patience. His compassion for others and devotion to his family and God made him a shining light in this world.
Bill is survived by his son John R. (Rebecca), grandsons Brad (Crystal) and J. Matthew (Jennifer), sister Mary (Steve), and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Joan, and son William.

Viewing will be held on Tuesday, September 25 from 10:00 AM-9:00 PM. Services will be held in the Mountain View Valley Chapel on Wednesday, September 26 at 2:00 PM.
