Jo Anne Pellegrini's Obituary
Jo Anne Marie (Abbott) Pellegrini Born to Clyde and Marie Abbott on December 5, 1946 in Tacoma, WA, and passed away peacefully on September 19, 2012 after a long illness. Jo Anne lived life with a lively sense of humor, which helped her face the daily challenges of raising three children on her own. Never afraid of hard work, she had numerous jobs ranging from key-punch operator, bartender, waitress, 18 wheel semi-truck driver and administrative assistant. Her personality and perseverance inspired those that knew her to dream big, play hard and love unconditionally. She is survived by her three children, Traci (John) Heath, Greg Pellegrini, and Jeffrey (Angela) Pellegrini, brother Clyde (Marilyn) Abbott, sister Marijean (Arron) Ambrose, five grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. Special thank you to the staff of Regency at Tacoma for taking care of and loving Jo Anne in her final years. A memorial service will be observed on Friday, September 28th at Mountain View Memorial Park, 11:00 AM in the Garden Chapel.
