Joan Carrol Webster (Rowan) Went to be with our Lord October 11, 2015 after battling pancreatic cancer for 1 and half years. Born in Tacoma Washington July 31, 1937 to Herbert and Pauline Rowan. Married to William Webster for 50 years had 3 children and 1 grandchild. Joan has joined her husband William Webster, son Robert Webster, parents Herbert and Pauline Rowan. She is survived daughter Cheryl Serjeant, son Jeff Webster (Donna), granddaughter Kristy Soeung, brother Gerald Rowan (Gloria), and Ken Rowan (Nancy). All who knew her enjoyed her caring way, sweet nature, and her faith in the Lord.
