Joan F. Johnson's Obituary
Joan F. Johnson was born December 15, 1930 in Auburn, Washington. She graduated from Enumclaw High School. She lived in Tacoma for more than 65 years with her late husband Fred A. Johnson. They were married for 54 years. She was a homemaker/mother to her four children in their early years and then worked for the Tacoma School District for 20 years after the kids were grown. She loved spending time with family and friends. She enjoyed travelling, going to Red Hat luncheons, Bunco parties, and sponsoring the 6th Avenue Theater.
Survived by her daughter, Suzan (Ken) Hanson; son Steven (Jeanine) Johnson, grandchildren Nicholas and Ryan Johnson; son Paul (Terri) Johnson, granddaughter Trisha (Jamie) Sematic, great-grandchildren Jordyn and Jaxson; grandson Joshua (Michelle) Johnson, great-grandchildren Sara, Aurora, and Pepper; grandson Samuel (Tikarra) Johnson, great-grandchild Ezra; grandson Simon (Danielle) Johnson, great-grandchildren Logan, Elaina, and baby #3.
Joan is preceded in death by husband Fred Johnson and youngest son Dale Johnson.
Her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren will miss her dearly.

A Funeral Service for Joan will be held 1:00PM Saturday, June 9, 2018 in the Aspen Chapel at Mountain View Funeral Home & Memorial Park.
