Joan N. Eide's Obituary
Joan N. Eide was born July 21, 1935, in Estherville, Iowa to Clyde and Rose Bolty. She went peacefully home in the arms of Jesus on July 29, 2016. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 52 years, Floyd, her parents, two sisters and two brothers. She is survived by her children Ronald Eide, Rene (Eide) Bartlett, Rex Eide and Rick Eide, grandchildren Krista and Craig Bartlett, Rick, Jr. (Melanie) Eide, Nevaeh Eide, great-grandchildren Lola and Alexia. She also had great love for family friend and "daughter of her heart" Patty Anderson. Joan had a sense of wanderlust and loved the outdoors. Throughout her life Joan enjoyed dirt bike riding, camping, water skiing, riding sea-doos and gardening. She also loved to travel with Floyd, especially on cruises. We will always remember Mom for how she made us laugh, her honor, and the gentle love and devotion she showed each one of us.
A memorial service will be held at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, August 20, 2016 in the Mountain View Garden Chapel in Lakewood, Washington.
