Jessie Lee (O'Gwynn) Totty Jessie Lee (O'Gwynn)ETotty died in Tacoma, Washington on March 16, 2009. A daughter of Mr. and Mrs. N.T. O'Gwynn, she was born in Montgomery, Alabama on November 14, 1917. She graduated from Sidney Lanier High School in 1934. In 1940 she married A.J. Totty, Jr. Jessie was a professional woman who worked for the Air Force for many years in Texas. She was known in the Northwest for her participation in International Toastmistress Clubs, primarily as International Vice President for Western Regions. Jessie was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, her son Abner J. Totty, III, and four brothers and sisters. She is survived by her daughter Syra Beth Puett, her grandchildren Caryl (John) Dowd, Robert (Terri) Puett, and Geoffrey (Linda Robson) Puett, two great-granddaughters, Juliana and Mariana Dowd, three nieces, and one nephew. The family wishes to thank Orchard Park and Franciscan Hospice for their loving care.
