Born on February 13, 1952, in Shelton, Washington, Jesse lived a life of quiet strength, integrity, and devotion to those he loved. He proudly served his country in the United States Army, carrying himself with honor, humility, and compassion, values that guided him throughout his life. Loyalty meant the world to Jesse, and those who knew him best understood that his word, once given, was unbreakable.
Jesse was a devoted father, grandfather, son, brother, and friend. He is survived by his father, Jesse Gilbert Sr.; his three sons Patrick, Jesse, and Jason and their loving wives Karen, Holly, and Tessa. His four grandsons, Ethan, Adrian, Jonah, and Elijah, brought him endless joy and pride. He is also survived by his sister Kathy and was preceded in death by his sister Debbie and his beloved wife Frances, with whom he now rests in eternal peace.
