Jerome "Jerry" Walter Stallman's Obituary
Jerome “Jerry” Walter Stallman passed away at the age of 77 on 07 March 2019 in Puyallup Washington. Jerry was born to Walter Norman Stallman and Lorraine Mooney in Coeur d’ Alene Idaho on 05 March 1942. In 1965 Jerry joined the United States Army and served his nation until 1985. His military career took him to Vietnam, Panama, Turkey and many places in the United States. One of these places was El Paso, Texas where he met Diana (Hillius) Welch in 1976, she would be his constant companion and wife until his passing, to this union no children were born. Jerry was preceded in death by his parents and one brother Richard. He is survived by his children Cheryl (John) Novak, Jerome (Susan) Stallman and Tereasa (Ed) Davis from a previous marriage. He is also survived by his siblings Sharon Culton and Carol (Donald) Gross; his half siblings Beverly (Terry) Schmidt, Marvin “Mark” (Annette) Olson, Michael Olson, John Olson and Earl (Brenda) Olson along with his step brother Gary Stallman. Jerry also leaves behind 11 grandchildren and 12 great grand children. Jerry’s memorial services will be held at 11am on 23 April 2019 at Mt. View in Lakewood Wa. Flowers are welcome
